Before you start

You’ll need to:

  • be a registered Australian broker
  • be an accredited broker with Advantedge
  • have a compatible smartphone, mobile tablet or computer
  • register for a free account with InfoTrackID.

How to get started

  1. Register for an account by emailing the InfoTrackID team at brokercreation@Infotrack.com.au
  2. Once registered, InfoTrackID will email your login details.
  3. Log in to InfoTrackID with your new account details.
  4. Start using InfoTrackID with your customers to verify their identification.

How to use InfoTrackID

  1. Take pictures of your customer’s identification documents using your mobile device.
  2. Follow the simple steps to verify their ID.
  3. Download a digital verification of identity (VOI) PDF report to submit with your customer’s Advantedge loan application.

Note, you don’t need to provide the Identification Check Form if submitting a digital VOI report.

Keeping your account safe

  • Keep your password secret.
  • Never leave your device unattended while logged on.
  • Don't use your date of birth, telephone number, address or name – or the name of a friend or relative, in your password.
  • Change your password regularly.
  • Don't use a password you use for anything else (e.g. your answering service).
  • Ensure that you are not seen or heard entering your password (e.g. screen reader software voices data entry and screen text).
  • Lock your device when you logout.
