When your loan migrates to NAB

Your Advantedge home loan will be transferred onto NAB’s systems.  NAB will refer to it as a NAB Tailored Home Loan and will be managed by NAB.

Some of the key differences you may notice include:

How you access your loan

Your Internet banking will change from StarNet to NAB Internet Banking and the NAB app.  You will need to register to use NAB Internet Banking and the NAB app.

Home loan account details

You’ll receive a new BSB and account number, which you’ll need to use for future payments and transfers.

Home loan features and functionality

Some features may work differently under NAB. You may also have access to additional functionality available on your NAB Tailored Home Loans such access to offset if you have a variable rate loan and meet NAB’s requirements relating to offset.

How your home loan is serviced

Your loan will be serviced by NAB, with access to NAB contact channels and self-serve digital tools.

To find out more about your migration to NAB and your home loan after the migration, you can visit the NAB migration website.
