Managing your loan repayments

You can manage your loan repayments by using Starnet repayments wizard, customer request forms or by calling customer care.

Viewing your next loan repayment date and amount

How to view your next loan repayment date and amount:

StarNet:

  1. Log into StarNet 
  2. From the account summary page, select the account name or number to access your loan information
  3. At the top of the loan overview page you will see your next repayment date and amount.

Change your direct debit nominated account:

StarNet:

  1. Log into Starnet
  2. From the account summary page, select the account name or number to access your loan information
  3. From the loan overview page select the payments tab
  4. Under nominated accounts select “Change nominated account details”
  5. This will take you to a form that will need to be completed and returned to customercare@advantedge.com.au.

Customer Request Form:

Fill out Direct Debit Request Form and return to customercare@advantedge.com.au

How to change repayment frequency:

StarNet:

  1. Log into Starnet 
  2. If eligible, from the account summary page, select the account name or number to access your loan information
  3. Select the Payments tab
  4. Select “Edit ongoing repayments” and follow the wizard prompts.

Fill out Repayments Request form and return to customercare@advantedge.com.au

How to make additional repayments:

  1. Log into Starnet
  2. From the Payments overview page select the “Edit one off payments” option and follow the prompts.

How to increase loan repayments:

StarNet:

  1. Log into Starnet
  2. If eligible, from the account summary page, select the account name or number to access your loan information
  3. Select the Payments tab
  4. Select “Edit ongoing repayments” and follow the wizard prompts.

Decrease your loan repayments

How to decrease loan repayment:

Starnet:

  1. Log into Starnet
  2. If eligible, from the account summary page, select the account name or number to access your loan information
  3. Select the Payments tab
  4. Select "edit ongoing repayments" and follow the wizard prompts.

Please note the amount you have entered will be your nominated amount. Your direct debit repayment taken from your nominated account will be the greater of your minimum payment amount you have entered.

How to make Direct Salary Credit (DSC) payment:

StarNet:

  1. Log into StarNet
  2. From the account summary page, select the account name or number to access your loan information
  3. Select “Direct Salary Payment” and follow the wizard prompts.

Fill out Repayments Request Form and return to customercare@advantedge.com.au
