Digital Variations Hub
Visit our Digital Variations Hub to request simple loan changes that don’t need a credit assessment. In the Hub you can:
- fix, split and merge loans for customers
- arrange for a change of loan purpose
- reduce loan limits
- transfer between loan splits
- break a fixed term loan
- switch from an interest-only loan to principal and interest repayments.
Note: for complex variations that require credit assessment, you’ll need to submit a Loan Variation Form. This form is available via your Aggregators CRM system.
